A living park, not a classroom.
Rather than teaching sustainability from a classroom, Pro Green immerses learners in a living park where they grow, cook, build, care for animals and explore the outdoors.
Where we are going, and how we get there.
To become Sri Lanka's leading experiential sustainability education destination — a place where the next generation learns to live in harmony with nature.
Deliver hands-on, memorable learning experiences that make sustainability tangible for every age group.
Blend traditional ecological wisdom with modern, technology-enabled agriculture.
Partner with schools to build sustainability into children's development from pre-school onward.
Operate the park itself as a working model of sustainable practice.

The park itself is run as a working model of sustainable practice — not a demonstration set.
Four things we will not compromise on.
Learning by doing
Nothing here is taught from a slide. Learners grow, cook, build, care for animals and get their hands dirty — because that is what people remember.
Tradition meets technology
Traditional ecological wisdom sits beside drones and smart agriculture. Both are treated as serious knowledge, and learners see where each one wins.
A ladder, not a field trip
Our schools track is age-tiered, so a partner school can move the same students through Pro Green year after year as they grow.
The park practises what it teaches
Mud Magic Park is run as a working model of sustainable practice, not a demonstration set. What learners see is how the place actually operates.
A small team, clearly divided.
The institute is led by the Chairman, with a single Head responsible for day-to-day operations and two coordinators reporting in.
Chairman
Overall leadership, governance and strategic direction.
Head
Leads day-to-day operations across administration, programs and public relations — the single senior manager to whom both coordinators report.
Admin Coordinator
Bookings, scheduling, procurement, office administration, and coordination of kitchen and operational staff.
Public Relations Coordinator
Marketing, partnerships, communications, brand, and the school and public outreach that drives enrolment.
Course coordinators, instructors and resource persons deliver the programs, and kitchen staff support catering and farm-to-table activities.
Three phases, in order.
Launch the five zones and five programs, consolidate the school partnerships, then invest in the facilities that unlock the next tier of offerings.
Launch
Year 1- Develop the five experience zones to an operational baseline.
- Launch all five core programs across schools, adults and the online club.
- Establish the online club and the schools ladder as the primary sales channels.
Consolidation
Year 2- Deepen school partnerships and grow group volumes across the age tiers.
- Refine programs from feedback; introduce the Earth & Family Retreat where demand supports it.
- Strengthen the park's facilities and the visitor experience.
Facility Expansion
Year 3 onward- Build out the Green Hub for mini workshops, meetings and conferences.
- Open the Eco-Work Haven — a nature-immersed sustainable remote-working space.
- Invest in phases against clear milestones as the venue develops.
Green Hub — Mini Workshops & Meetings
Small workshops, meetings and conferences for up to about 30 people, hosted in a tranquil natural setting and priced per hour.
Eco-Work Haven
A fully sustainable, nature-immersed remote-working space with private workspaces, high-speed Wi-Fi and farm-fresh meals.
